well... day 4 is down... and i am struggling a bit today- I''m doubting my results...

I also started 2-7. I have the same goal as you get super fit. I have been hovering above my goal weight for almost a year and I am finally clamping down to reach my goal. That fitness competition photo must really help motivate you.

The fitness photo does motivate me and can sometimes frustrate me :P lol
Day 5 is over now- i have done so well this week... i might need to focus on cutting back portion size cos i think i'm going a little bit bigger than palm and fist size!!
I started the body for life challenge this week. Been getting up early and going to the gym before work to do the weight & aerobic workout sessions. Get intense doing certain workouts but its going great so far and I am determined to go all the way. Hopefully we all succeed at this challenge together. Good luck.
Dazza that sounds awesome... second week is going well for me... i'm a little bit tired but i'm pushing through.
my weight has dropped however i will get properly weighed and measure in a few days... i'll also update photos.
