Ok so i don't have an aversion to water, but I do find it difficult to get a lot of water in throughout the day. I do LOVE soda and juices which I am going to cut out, but is it horrible if I put a crystal light packet in my bottled water. It tastes so much better and I can actually get through a bottle before half the day is gone!!! Any thoughts. I will start a bottle and I won't finish it..... Any thoughts?
Just limit the number of packets you use in a day. Some artificial sweetners impact you like sugar does, so less is more. Try lemon or lime juice instead.
