Hi there! New to this forum

  • Hi Everyone,

    I have been lurking on here forever but the darn thing wouldn't let me log on! I am on C1W7D4 and feelin' good! So far I have dropped 5lbs but haven't dropped any weight since week 4 so that is kind of a bummer. I am 24 yrs old, 5'5, 158lbs (not sure of bf % now but it was 25% when i began at 163 lbs).

    I am excited because today at the gym I noticed that I have significant inklings of "shoulder triangles" which I have always wanted! Overall, I feel great on this program and I love the structure. My goal is to drop from a size 10 down to a 6 or 4. I always take advantage of my free days and I love to read the forums. Thanks to everyone for posting all of this useful and motivational info!
