Hi people It's nice to find a place that is soo positive about progress. Reading the posts on here has really got the fire lit for me.. Its my first visit to the body for life website. Ive owned the book for over 10 years and came across it when i moved out of my house while trying to pack. I bought this when i was 22 years old i just made 34 and am trying it again for the third time. The first 2 times i made progress but quit.. I am coming up on the end of week 4 and i already dropped 12 pounds so im feeling great and i will this time follow through till the end. I just wanted to send an aloha out to everyone and wish everyone well on the up coming challenges we will all face be it in the gym or in life.. All i have is my starting weight which was 262 lbs and weighed in today at 250! I never tried to check my body fat since I never planned to formally enter the challenge this is a personal challenge I will try to get more stats and share my progress.
It's interesting that you stumbled upon BFL once again, this is your chance to embrace the program once and for all and not only surpass your previous attempts but finish victoriously. This is your year to honor your personal challenge and be the best you can be! Congratulations on your wonderful progress thus far; dropping 12 pounds in impressive. Keep working hard and make yourself proud.
