new here!

  • hi everyone. i tried BFL once before, and only made it to week 4. i think the plan is great and i love the way i feel when i am doing the program.

    just wanted to officially post my commitment to the program. my problems in the past have been getting up early to work out (i have to get up before 5 to have time) and drinking on the weekends.

    something major happened in my life though and i have been in a fog the past couple days. i was hoping that BFL would keep my mind occupied with something other than the stuff that is happening in my life and finally get me into shape. i am not the person i want to be...yet. i want to do the challenge and today is my day 2.

  • ugh! i must admit that i wanted to do round 2 and that is why Wednesday was my day 1 but i have not had a chance to work out yet. i am very familiar with the workouts because like i said, i did the program before. So I am a little frustrated but plan on doing what my day 3 workout would be today. i took my before pics last night. wow, what a wake up call. I keep wondering why I am so exhausted all the time, but it seems pretty obvious to me now. thanks, guys!
