If I plan to do both cardio and strength training the same day, which one should I do first ?
first lift weight and then run or first run and then lift weights ?
If you're doing the BFL...you'll be doing only one of them on alternating days...This does work rel well.
If you are confused I would read the book as it explains it for you.
If I want to warm up do the Cardio before ur weights if u must do both. Only about 10 mins. It really is strongly recommended to follow the workout schedule and to do no more than 20 mins of Cardio on the suggested days.
