Leg day. Not my favourite workout but I know it's good for me. Eating has been on track. I'm working all weekend so I am forgoing my free day this weekend in leau of a "rest day" and will take the following Saturday as a free day/golf day/rest day. Have a great day everyone!!

Wonder if I could substitute 18 holes of golf for my LB workouts...hmmmm.
Great question...cart or no cart? Hot or warm day? Could you HIIT it down to the green? Fun to think about. I need to schedule a tee time. I love the spring!
Haha....combining HIIT with golf you'd be able to play 18 holes in about an hour!!
