You are doing fine...Keep plugging away and in the end, I'm sure you will see good results! One thing I might suggest since your goal is to lose BF/#'s is to cut back a little bit on portion sizes and then gauge your hunger from there. You said you were still stuffed at your final meal so maybe if you cut back a bit, you can get better results. But if you get to where you are starving before the next meal, increase your food intake again.
How is your water intake. That's important as well.

Thanks for the knock in the head (lol). I'm goin crazy because of my impatience.
I will indeed cut back on portions - with emphasis on reducing carb intake.
As far as water - well....... I really do not like drinking water because I eventually have to get rid of it. I made a concious effort today to drink more. I must've gone to the bathroom every 15 minutes (or so it seemed). I loathe being interrupted from my job to do that. However, I'll give it a chance. Heck, at this point, I'm willing to try anything.
