How is everything going? All is going well here. I am really starting to push myself in the gym. I am finding out that I can do more than I ever imagined. I have had great workouts this week and feel good. I measured my body fat today and I am down 7% than when I started. The scale hasn't moved in a while and I expected that, since I have been having good workouts. I am going to change my workout routine for the upcoming 4 weeks and take pictures tomorrow. Can't wait to see some progress in pics. Still have a long way to go, but I am excited.

I started a little food journal to help me keep track. Not so much to see what I am eating, but what I'm feeling when I have those crazy cravings to eat everything I can get my hands on. So far it has kept me line. I'm pretty happy with it. I havent really stepped on the scale, or taken pictures or anything. I wish I could give you a great statistic about my progress, but I not keeping track. After my first challenge, I am trying to turn this into a lifestyle, as opposed to another challenge.
