Here I am again. I never finished my first challenge. I gave up in week 10 (end would have been 24th of October 2010). I think I was burned out, did not enjoy the workouts and could not follow the nutrition advice. I don't regret the decision to not complete it. It was a decision that came from deep within. Anyhow now I am filled back up with energy and think about giving it another try.
I learned a lot during my first 10 weeks and think I could do much better in a second round.
What do you think? Anyone have advice for the second challenge?
My advice is to make a commitment before you start the challenge that you will finish the entire twelve weeks. Circle Day 84 on your calendar. If it helps, cross out each day as you finish it.
Try to identify more precisely why you felt you could not finish the last two weeks of the first challenge. For example, why could you not follow the nutrition advice? What can you change for this challenge? Also figure out how you can continue with the workouts even if you do not enjoy them.
I wish you all the best for a successful challenge.
Want it. Plan it. Do it.
don't take what I am about to say the wrong way.
During any transformation you must be 100% honest with yourself to completely transform. We have to be transparent. Along this same line of thinking I have to wonder if you actually do regret your decision to give up and stop when you did. Because you are back here now, attempting the same thing, yet again. Something must be different when you embark on your second go around. Because if nothing is different then you will get the same results. Think long and hard about why you are wanting this and be honest with yourself. If you do regret it deep down that you gave up, then tell yourself this and get rid of it. Wipe the slate clean and then give it everything you have. Do this and I can guarantee your success!

Hey girl- remember me? We started at that same time. I am going to do another challenge after the holidays if ya wanna join me. Right now I am focused on enjoying the holiday season and maintaining my results from the first challenge. No doubt that the eating part is 80% of the challenge and most definately the hardest part in my opinion. It works! I am used to doing a ton of cardio and running miles and miles. The Hiit was a huge leap of faith and boy howdy, I don't think I will ever go back to hours of cardio. I had never seen results like this program gave me. You need to do this and do it when you know you can be 100% consistent for the full 12 weeks.
Nice to hear from you again LDPower :-) Glad you had such great results. I really need to do some thinking about what I can do better. I don't start to fail again. If I do start I will go all the way. That's for sure.
