You will love your Success Journal, and the notebook journaling sounds like a great idea! Maybe it would help me conquer my emotional and mindless eating habits, both of which I did not overcome on my first challenge...I quickly fell back into them on my so-called 'Active Rest'. It was more resting and less active! BUT...I have started my C2 today and feel great and ready to go...and CONQUER these habits!
Now off to some housework...blech!! My other poor habit...or should I say 'lack' of!

Leggs- I have my journal and can't wait to put it to good use, I think I might start it up the day after Christmas.
I am holding strong and still have not lost or gained.. We are working through lunches and it is making eating right hard. I will be working out tonight I am just struggleing to get the workouts in and eating good.. I know once these holiday's are over I will get back in the "rut " and will get back in strone so I guess I will have officially have to change my start date then. Sorry if this really messes any of you up but I know we can still motivate and cheer each other on!!!
Sherry- I am sor sorry you had such a rough time finishing the first challenge, but I am sure you will do awesome on the 2nd one! Congratualtions!!! on finishing your course and with honors that is awesome!!! I am always here for you with BFL! I am just having a hard time through the holidays so far so I made a deal with myself to keep trying my best and try to work out as much as possible and not beat myself up over every thing ! I am still motivated beyone belief and just ready for the holidays to be over!

I have been back on the challenge since 1-1-2011, and once again feeling great, a bit tired but hey... I also have been without caffine or sugar for 3 days.. I might be a bit grumpy too.LOL
So is anyone one else out there still with us???? I am sorry that I was sooooooo slack over the holidays but as with everyone there was a lot going on.

I will start. yes I ate unhealthy I did try to get some workouts in but was generally not on plan. I did gain 3 lbs whick I am currently trying to get back off again along with about 75 more!.
PHEW>>>> I am so glad I got that off my chest now on to better thing!

Hey Lonna...I started back on Monday...feel great! I don't know how you do it...I've tried to get off coffee/caffeine before, and end up feeling like some took a mallet to my head...lol! Don't feel bad about the plan...I for one surely was not on it either! Personally it was to busy to focus on. It's good to be back on track now!!
Ok so I was off the sugar and caffine for about 5 days and then PMS set in and I got angry and grumpy so I had a souple of soda's over the weekend and then on my freebie day.
It is hard getting back into it since the holidays but for christmas my husband got me boxing gloves to go with the heavy kickboxing /punching bag. And OMG what a workout!! and FUN!!!!!He has been teaching me and helping it has been great!!!
So how is everyone else doing????
