back on track

  • missed a cardio workout and a lower body workout!!  Today Im back on track.  I put those two days behind me and I am continuing today to be strong. 

  • You have a winning attitude!! Focus on progress not perfection. Awesome! Keep Going! You will be successful.


  • I had family in town this week and missed a couple myself.  I am also back on track and my goal is not to let it happen again!  Just continue to be positive!

  • Great attitude. If you do miss a workout though....just keep your diet clean and you will be fine. Cheating on your diet does much more damage than missing a workout.
