I am on my 2nd BFL challenge and am doing great.. my 15 yr old son really needs to get off the couch and moving and has expressed an interest in doing this. Does anyone else have teens doing the challenge and how are they making out with it..
We are happy to hear that you are on your second Body-for-LIFE Challenge! It takes a lot of dedication and hard work to stay on track with your goals. Body-for-LIFE was not designed specifically for younger teens and isn't recommended for anyone under 18. It's always best speak with your son's doctor regarding age-appropriate exercises and diet plans that would be tailored more towards his specific needs.
