starting BFL challenge 20/09/2010! anyone to join me?

  • Its been kicking my butt getting back into the routine fully... The first challenge I was so determined that I had unbreakable will power... Now I am lacking nearly all will power.  Well, actually in just the past couple of days, feel that Ive found the groove again. Good workouts and eating clean. I had questioned If I could get going again but Im back and starting to show scale progress again.

    Someone had said the first challenge was like the engagement and the second like the marriage. I think I now agree with that statement (-:

  • Looks like this thread has been a bit on the sleepy side.  Or maybe it is just me.  I thought I would check in to see how everyone is doing.  I am doing great.  It was a slow start, but now my mind and body are in synch.  I had a perfect week with meals and exercise.  Getting up at 5 a.m. to get in my workout has really paid off.  Getting that done early with or without my husband has awarded me many benefits.  Getting things done early allows me more down time in the evening after a long day at the office.  It's a great feeling when the alarm goes off in the morning and hubby says, I'm just going to sleep in, and I get up anyway and head to the gym......this is how I know I am all in.  3 pounds down on the scale!  This really is a great time to start a chellenge especially when the holidays are coming around.

    Keep envisioning yourself with the best body you have ever had.  Keep that picture of the new you in your mind every time you try to talk yourself into skipping a workout or when those calorie filled food choices are in front of you.
