This is my 4 week and I havent seen any changes in body weight, inches lost or anything else. I am following the diet, doing the exercises and I am not seeing changes. I am also hypothyroid and have pre diabetes which doesnt help. In fact my clothes seem tighter not smaller, I gained 2 lbs of muscle according to the scale at the gym by my weight is staying the same, what gives? I am feeling discourages right now.
Well if you gained 2 lbs of muscle and weigh the same then you lost 2 lbs of fat. Week 4 is just the check point. Having the thyroid issue your body will take longer to increase you metabolism. Keep pushing along. I don't how much weight you need to lose or how tall you are but I lost 8 lbs of fat in my first challenge and it made a difference.

fit,
Keep going! It takes time to see changes. The biggest changes are about to happen!!! How about other areas of your life? increased confidence? More energy? Sleeping better? There are many positive indicators of change seek them out, hold on to them and keep going.
You should be proud. You have stuck to it for four weeks!! That is a great accomplishment! Keep pushing and finish this challenge with all you have. BFL isn't a trend or a quick miracle it is a lifestyle. Right now you are replacing old habits, which were doing you no good, for new ones that will transform your life!!! Keep pressing on and you will see the results you seek and reach your every goal.
You have the strength!! You can do this!

Dude- Stay with it!! I am finishing week 9 and am experiencing some profound changes now- it took a while for my body to turn into an efficient fat burning machine. It takes preparation, ie working out CONSISTENTLY and eating with the intent of supporting your body become this fat-burning machine. It doesn't happen overnight or in a week or two or sometimes four. But it WILL happen if you stick with it. Just peruse the forums and read the stories of those that have gone before you. They have no reason to bs you, so believe it will happen.
Now go forth bravely and unseen forces will come to your aid.
Power on-

You build muscle before you lose fat so that could be why things seem tighter. Hang on! I am in my 5th week and not seeing anything huge either. Everyone committed says " it will come". Keep you eye on the prize.
