Hello! I am new to the program and I do yoga on a regular basis. Is it a good idea to do on the program? I can't imagine there would be a problem, but I want to do things right!
Your body will let you know whether you should continue. You may not feel the fatigue until the later weeks, just be mindful. I suspect with your experience with yoga that won't be a problem.

I do yoga once a week along with the BFL program. I view yoga as stretching and breathing. I would not do it right after a weight workout but I have read it is ok to do after a cardio session.

This would fall under "normal activity" which you may continue in conjunction with the BFL program... like Champster said you will know if it gets to be too much. Weeks 8-10 were hard for me.
