Things are going ok for me. I have just finished 4 weeks. Last weekend was my "birthday weekend". I ended up having 2 days off and missed my first workout - which I was disappointed about. But it showed me how things have changed ...It's weird to consider tea & toast a treat ! I haven't lost much weight - maybe a kilo but I have changed shape and my legs are looking less fat which is really exciting. I am going to take more measurements and weight (officially) at 6 weeks. Thanks.
