**Great LowFat Recipe for Sweet Potato Fries! BFL Friendly**

  • These are AWESOME!

    Scrub and cut a small sweet potato in to "fries" don't make them too thin or they will burn.

    Toss in a bowl with 2 tbs of Olive oil, Light Parmesean Cheese and Red Pepper Flakes. You can add salt and pepper if you wish.

    Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

    ENJOY! These are so yummy!!!!!!!!!!

    I love homemade sweet potato fries!  I don't make them often, because I can't just eat my allotted portion!!  This is my last week of C2...I guess I still have a lot to work on!
