What is a portion of spaghetti?

    Does a portion of spaghetti (2 oz)  = 1c. ??

    I'd be careful eating such a refined carb. Is it whole wheat spaghetti?  Either way NO 2 oz isn't nearly a cup you should weigh it DRY and then cook it.

    The book says it's the size of your hand. Make sure it's 100% whole wheat! No white allowed.
