Wow Sgunnoe! Now THAT'S extreme. My sister's friend did that for one week and turned into an evil monster...until she had an apple and felt all better.
I can't believe that a doctor was trying out NO carbs...
But your success with BFL is great! I am so happy that you are doing well :) Congrats!! I will be where you are in a few short weeks :)
You can choose the pain of discipline or the pain of regret...
My wife and I low-carbed for 4 years. I got over it pretty easily because I was tired of yo-yo'ing. Every New Years Day for 5 straight years (2002-2006) I weight 250 lbs! No joke, the same weight 5 consecutive January 1st's. And from 2002-2005, by the end of April, I'd be somewhere in the low 220's and happy. But I couldn't maintain that eating style and as Summer warmed up I would ease my way back into a more relaxed style of eating and the weight would come back. In Feb 2006 we found BFL and haven't looked back since.
Carbs are part of a healthy diet, as long as they're good carbs. Watch your portion sizes, eat 6 clean, small meals, get in your 6 workouts per week, and you will be really happy with the results.
Best of luck,
Thanks Dave :) I've got it now. I'm good. I can definitely do this. I've definitely submitted to the plan as geog said :)
Thank you all soo much!
