My first week was a little difficult but have felt increased energy and my workouts are a little shaky but I'm gonna do better this coming week. Food was a little challenge but I am following "SARA BROWN'S" BFL plan and it seems to be working for me. I still HATE cottage cheese but I decided to take the advice of one BFL'er and blended it with my yogurt...i can definitely work with it now! Planning my meals today. When the hubby gets home I'll go to the grocery store. All in all...I feel good....week two here I come. Any suggestions please feel free to add them.....
I too detest cottage cheese but years ago I played around with it and came up with this. Mix cottage cheese, oregano, onion and parmesan and put it on toast. Now bake it. I've started adding a little Salsa when it's done. This is the ONLY way I can eat it. Good luck on week two.
