OK, I"m having a total brain freeze this morning. This week is upper, lower, upper...so on the upper two days do I divide the 5 (chest, back, shoulders, bi's & tri's) up or do both of those muscle groups twice this week? I couldn't remember.
You do the whole workout twice - all five groups. Do them in order, too (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps).
There is no fate but what we make for ourselves.
hicksBFL, If you go to the Library tab then tools, there are progress reports that will help you stay on track with the lifting. Way back when before I got my BFL Success Journal, I copied those off and made a big BFL notebook.
It is also recommended to switch up your different lifts every 3-4 weeks.
