Oh guys...I was so sore yesterday, but did the cardio....prob could have pushed it harder and then was up all night on a night shift. I woke up to see a patient at 0300 and had the shakes....ate some almonds and a couple of orange slices and was ok. Sticking to diet plan and exercising but haven't lost quite a full pound yet....sort of discouraged. I am going to do my upper body tomorrow and cardio on sunday....I was just too sore and fearful of making it worse.... I'm wondering how sore is too sore to not weight train....I literally felt like an 80 year old woman going from sit to stand!!
percent body fat 33% yikes!!!!
working one more night shift then I'm posting my pic tomorrow when I have time to do it!!!
I am so enjoying reading everyones post....really helping me stay on track..thank you!!
I would say do only what you can do. I did my first spin class about a month ago (and I'm a runner) and it kicked my butt! I hurt so bad I couldn't go to the bathroom unless I had support from the sink next to me and it lasted for a good week. The second week I was 95% better but even then doing my LBWO was hard. Just do what you can. Don't push it too hard because you could risk pulling something.
