After my divorce I ate to insulate myself from other possible relationships occuring. &amp;nbsp;It feels good to get this honest. &amp;nbsp;It is now 7 years later and I have 40 lbs. to lose and a body and confidence to be re-united with. &amp;nbsp;I am ready for this transformation. I am just finishing reading the BFL book and I will be starting my challenge on April 1st. &amp;nbsp;I live in Ontario, Canada so I am unable to enter the competition , but I am determined to complete this challenge anyways. &amp;nbsp;I am ready to discover &amp;quot;Me&amp;quot; at 50 yrs. of age.
