The exercise portion of the Body-for-LIFE program is extremely adaptive, meaning the exercise portion does not require fancy equipment found in an expensive gym! Truly all you need is a weight bench (preferably an adjustable one), PowerBlocks (a.k.a one pair of adjustable weights that don’t require you to buy a full set of dumbbells), some good running shoes, and a little creativity! Many of the weight-resistance workouts from the Body-for-LIFE book or website can be mimicked using dumbbells in place of barbells or machines, and there’s nothing quite as effective for cardio as good old fashioned outdoor running!
Many people also feel they need large quantities of expensive supplements in order to be successful in reaching their goals. More good news: It is best to keep your Nutrition and Supplement product regimen simple and basic rather than complex and overwhelmed with several items.
