If EAS 100% Whey Protein and EAS Myoplex® shakes have become a staple for you like they have become for many of us on the Body-for-LIFE® program, you may be looking for ways to jazz them up a bit. Hi Guys I have a question, two actually. How many calories should be in each of my six meals a day? I weigh 140 kilograms which is about 300 pounds, I would like to get my weight down to around 95kg. I am on day 16 of 84. I mean 95 eventually not neccessarily in 12 weeks. I would also like to know why it is a bad idea to get the calories I need say 200 meal from a chocolate as opposed to proper food?. Finally I am in South Africa and am struggling to get myoplex in the small town I stay in. I found two shakes, one is 560kj and the other is 904kj prer serving, which is better as both are protein shakes.
These are some wonderful ideas! I'm going to try some tonight.
Love this blog! Thanks for the ideas.
