Do you find you need to up your carbohydrate intake to get full benefits of Armor. I&amp;#39;ve not invested in it yet but I&amp;#39;ve been reading about it. I finished my Body For Life Challenge and was very pleased with the results but now I&amp;#39;m looking to focus on lean muscle development. Any dietary tips you can provide that have helped maximize the benefits would be great to know! All the best!&lt;/p&gt;
