Let me start by saying this has been and will be my favorite product of all time. The EAS Pro Science Armor has changed my workouts completely! I can go and go. I’m in the gym 7 days a week right now and if I wasn’t using Armor there is no way I could compete in the gym the way I do. Go buy Armor. It is an investment for sure. There is even a well-designed clinical study, published in a top-tier scientific journal, showing that Armor increases muscle mass, power, and strength. If you want to go to that next rep but can't because your muscles are fatigued, weak and drained, now you can go beyond. I use it every day and will continue to always use it. There's not much more to say if you want the body that so many have you have to work for it and earn it. The only way to earn it is if you can physically take your body to a new level each and every week you are in the gym. You can trust Pro Science Armor and EAS! Trust me, it will change the way you look at lifting weights forever.
I also find Armor to be very helpful. I have noticed a difference in my workouts since I started taking it. I am also taking it everyday and one reason I do is because it tastes similar to sports drinks. All the benefits like recovery, power and strength and no bad aftertaste. I recommend it for all women.
HI Andrew, we completed the 12 week challenge a few years ago, and yep have put all the weight and then some back on again. we bought the new BFL Champions books to go through and have decided to start the 12 week challenge tomorrow morning, i was under the impression that it was best to wait 1 hour after the workout before eating, now in the new book i see its recomended to replenesh immediately after a workout, please advise, we planning to do all workouts early morning, how long should we wait before having breakfast? Thanks Donald.
Andrew. Do you find you need to up your carbohydrate intake to get full benefits of Armor. I've not invested in it yet but I've been reading about it. I finished my Body For Life Challenge and was very pleased with the results but now I'm looking to focus on lean muscle development. Any dietary tips you can provide that have helped maximize the benefits would be great to know! All the best!
wow, 7 days a week in the gym....thats not body for life
