As a truck driver, Stephen Cater had a large obstacle to overcome to transform his health. On the road five to six days a week, where fast food is a major way of life and workout areas are few and far between, Cater committed himself to take better care of his health than his father had. Determined not to follow in his father’s footsteps, he took action by joining the Challenge. Getting up at 4:45 a.m. for cardio exercises prior to his hauls, Cater combined exercise with proper nutrition and meal replacements that were perfect for the road. “I used to live to eat. Now I eat to live.” By changing his lifestyle, he changed his body … 32 pounds lost, down 8 pant sizes and down 8 body fat points.
