Results: Lost 25 pounds of fat*
I feel wonderful inside and out and I get excited about every day. When I go to bed at night I can't wait for the next day to begin. I look forward to each of my workout sessions and I get excited about the meals I have planned to eat for the day. I feel so energetic! Since, beginning my challenge at the beginning of January, I have gotten so many things done around the house that I would procrastinate because I didn’t have the energy or the desire to do it. Every weekend, my husband and I have tackled home improvements from painting to putting up ceiling fans. Internally, I just feel so positive about everything, I feel continually happy. Externally, I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and sometimes have to do a double take of the muscle definition I see. The 12-week Challenge was a wonderful experience I will share with anyone and everyone. If people knew how fantastic they could feel on a day-to-day basis, I think they would all want to complete the Challenge. There is nothing I feel that I can’t accomplish. I did complete my very first marathon at the end of January and plan to do it again next year. My Body-for-LIFE Challenge does not end on March 27th, 2011 – I will continue this journey for the rest of my life. I am so grateful I learned about this Challenge and thank you for all the wonderful information that I have learned during the time. I am just so excited. I feel truly amazing!
