Results: Lost 21 pounds of fat*
Once I decided to fully commit to the Body-for-LIFE Challenge I really went for it. Over the last 12 weeks I followed the diet and workout plan consistently. I started to see changes after about 3 weeks; I noticed my pants were feeling looser. I had a lot more energy and people started commenting how healthy I looked. My confidence started to improve and my weight steadily decreased by about 2 pounds per week. I am now 148 pounds, about the same as my high school days and I feel better than ever. I graduate from medical school this May and begin my residency training in July. I know this will be a highly stressful period in my life but I am confident, now that I have completed the Body-I-Life Challenge successfully, that I can maintain my weight and preserve my health by consistently making good choices. I feel I changed the most when it comes to believing in myself and my ability to live the healthiest life possible. Thank you for presenting this Challenge!
