What I have found for my Inner Transformation is a feeling of accomplishment. Going from a young, overweight, self-conscious college student to an active guy leading a healthy lifestyle speaks volumes towards what this transformation does for a person. I think clearer, feel healthier, have more energy and have become more confident in myself as well as my abilities. I do not second guess myself as much and believe that I am worth something. I do not allow people to take me for granted anymore and have a lot more self-respect. I used to have really low self-esteem and was self-conscious of what others thought of me. Now I am the man I have always wanted to be. I am friendlier, more talkative, always willing to help others and love to laugh. I have more energy throughout the day and feel good about the future. I recently was accepted for an internship and I believe it was in part to these internal changes that this challenge has helped me become. I know if I had interviewed a semester earlier I would of been too scared and too shy to even let them know who I really am inside. I smile a lot more, I sing happy tunes and I am having a lot more fulfilling relationships with my friends. I love a lot deeper and I am learning to put myself out there and let others see me for who I am. I am finally coming out of my shell and am surprised with how positive other people are towards it. I wish I had done this a lot sooner. It has changed my life, all for the better!
