“I have always wanted to have bigger muscles,” Anthony says. “I’ve tried gaining weight on many occasions, but each time I would quit due to disappointing results and lack of motivation. The Challenge gave me the desire to try again.” Because of Anthony’s fast metabolism, he had to eat over 3,000 calories and a large amount of high-quality protein. Each week during Anthony’s 12-week Program, he experienced steadily increasing weight and strength gains. “This contest motivated me on a deeper more personal level,” Anthony says. “Completing the Challenge has been very empowering. I now look at other seemingly unattainable goals as being within my reach.
