Tracy Jeffries from Idaho —  Tracy Jeffries has a passion to help others. But when she got into the worst shape of her life, she decided to help herself through the Challenge. Entering to regain her confidence and body after three kids, Jeffries ultimate inspiration was to be part of the Body-for-LIFE family of finishers. “Every day, I envisioned showing off my framed certificate and telling my success story to inspire everyone.” Working her fitness and nutrition regimen around her busy schedule as a mom, Jeffries motivated herself from progress photos she took every four weeks. Through her dedication on fulfilling her desire to be healthy and fit, she dropped 17 pounds, went from a size eight to size two and lowered her cholesterol from 236 to 188. Now that she has the confidence and knowledge to inspire others, Jeffries can’t wait to start helping everyone she knows!
