After hearing about the challenge, Judy White received the Body-for-LIFE book as gift from her husband. The success stories she read about were the only inspiration she needed to get started. Overcoming a hectic travel schedule, White took matters into her own hands by calling hotels and restaurants ahead of time and asked about workout facilities as well as alternate menu items. Her perseverance paid off as she watched her dress size go from a 12 down to a size 4, while shedding 42 pounds. The journey through the challenge has turned White into a “Walking, talking advertisement for Body-for-LIFE.”
