Don Glynn from Louisiana —  Don Glynn’s world changed one day in May 2002. His wife of 43 years suddenly passed away, and he didn’t even have a chance to say goodbye. It was his son who signed him up for the Challenge, and it was his son who he didn’t want to let down. So it was in the Gulf of Mexico, on an offshore oil rig, that Glynn received permission for a superior to have workout equipment transported by helicopter. If these obstacles weren’t enough for Glynn to overcome, Glynn controlled is strict diet and exercise around his diabetes- that he no longer has to take pills for because of the Challenge. “My life has been transformed from nothing to live for, to everything to live for.”
