Diane Gordon from Illinois —
Being a new mother, Diane Gordon wanted to be a great role model for her family. Having competed in the Challenge before, Diane Gordon saw no better way to set an example than to regain her body so her daughter could grow up with a fun, active, confident and healthy mom. Armed with the benefits of better nutrition and consistent exercise, she began her transformation by changing her habits and attitudes. Soon, she saw her body shrink and her self-esteem grow. “Looking over my journals, I am in awe of my progress.” Fifty-two pounds and 10 sizes later over a period of two Challenges, Gordon can now run three miles and leg press 540 pounds. Empowered with the focus and discipline to tackle any obstacle, she now has full control of her life and she loves it!
