Kimberly Cantergiani from Texas —  Cantergiani, a 34-year-old mother of six, divided much of her time between her children and family life. Negativity was building in her life as a result of many stresses and she knew that she had to do something for herself, as well as for the good of her family. She wanted to gain control of her body and her life by taking the Body-for-LIFE Challenge. She mastered the program as her body fat percentage decreased from 30.6 percent to 16.4 percent in just 12 weeks and she turned in her size 14/16 for a much trimmer size 3/4. “Self-mastery in one area was contagious—it quickly spread to all facets of my life. I now feel I have so much to offer and opportunities to give back keep presenting themselves to me.” Cantergiani successfully regained control of her body and life.
