Allen Bieber of Arizona —  “Thirteen years is a long time to be overweight!,” Allen says. Barely fitting into his clothes with a 48-inch waist, Allen had no self-esteem but inspiration from his wife and son enticed him to enter the Challenge. “I joined a gym, ate six meals a day and trained intensely,” Allen says. “The Challenge saved my life. I started tucking in my shirts for the first time in seven years and people started to notice my change and asked how I did it. I completed the Challenge. I am empowered. There is nothing I can’t achieve if I set my mind to it. This is a dream come true.”
