David Kennedy of Nevada —  David’s job in the Army 82nd Airborne requires physical strength and fitness. But when he let his physical condition slip, David put his leadership abilities in jeopardy. “I took one look at my before ‘photo’ and had to sit down for a minute,” David says. “How could I be so out of shape? The single most important element behind my success became my will. I will do one more rep. I will do my best. I will not eat junk. I will not make an excuse. I will not quit. I will succeed.”
