Challenge Tip

Be purposeful about the intensity of your workout. Give each action as much attention as is possible at that moment. Clear your head of the day’s worries, or family anxieties, or whatever may be in there. Focus exclusively on this workout.

For lower body I did leg press, calf presses, leg extensions, and leg curls. I have the leg attachment so that helps a  lot. For lower body, I did chest press, shoulder press, rows, tricep ext, and bicep curls, flys.  Mine only goes up to 310.lbs. Bought dumbbells so I could add in other things like squats, lunges, standing and sitting calf raises.
