Fear NOT BFL!  I have stuck to the working out even on the road.  I did miss my my LBWO yesterday, I messed up my back on my UBWO on Sunday.  Pushed a little too hard on the free weights (a little different than lifting using machines!) but I am feeling better today just mark that LBWO as a miss.  the good news is my cardio I just finished was a new record for me!  WHOOO HOOO!  Take that week 11!
