In life I have challenges thrown at me some big some small. Just lately some big challenges have been hitting me and I have lost my motivation for the gym. But that will all change again in January. I bought my self a pair of new gym gloves as a motivator to get back to the gym. So 1st of jan seems the perfect new start date for me. Feel free to join me or just cheer me along. Jeff.
