Thanks simone40love.  I plan to lose some wt before then (too embarrassed to take 'before' pic now) and will take a real 'before' pic on Aug 22.  I want to see how much I can achieve in 12 weeks.  I need to print out workout plan.  I got a lot of things to do in 3 weeks to prepare the challenge.  Excited and ready to change!

Motivational Tip

I had listed certain bad habits that would prevent me from reaching my goals and one of them was, “Skipping workouts because I’m too busy with work or school.” I always tried to keep the promise to myself to make exercise a priority, just like school and work.
