Challenge Tip

I filled out what exercises I was going to do and what weights I planned to use in my journal. This helped save time, so I could get in there, get out, and stay on schedule for the rest of the day. It may seem tedious, but planning and executing a workout produces results.

Hi Simone and Andy, I understand about "rest" days. I still walk the dog (he's a great little hiker) several miles on my "rest" days... I also do housework, yard work, trimming, raking, etc..... bc those things are actually activity for me..... But it's not high cardio. I am still recovering from CFS and have come a long, long ways... and sometimes I have to take a nap, too. It just feels so great...
