Welcome back. I will be asking plenty of question in the coming weeks. I have started body for life for the last four years (always in around the end of the summer) and I have dropped out every year around this time of the year November, (Christmas and holidays).  I do a computerized Christmas display  and I forget about me, before you know it I stop coming to the site and start skipping workout...
