Simone, I am gonna have to quibble with you!   I first did BFL 15 years ago (Sept 2001) and I have lived it ever since.  When I completed that first Challenge, I was a Finalist, and I weighed 168 ... fifteen years later, on August 22, 2016, I started a new Challenge, beginning at 168 pounds, right where I left off.
