My first week was a real struggle.   For example, I could barley do 20 min’s on the treadmill (cardio) I know I wasn’t able to do the rep pattern on the treadmill as per book but I adhered to the pattern best I can.  I almost felt like giving up. This week I just feel so much stronger and I’ve made noticeable improvements in my cardio and other exercises!
