Good job simone, I always have the toughest time with eating and not the workouts. The worst experiences I have is when I go oh well I screwed up, might as well cheat the rest of the day! Bad, bad, bad!!! Best thing to do is just put it behind you and move on. You're only one workout, one meal, etc from getting back on the horse and continuing on and pushing forward.
