Awesome weekend lots of cardio. Walking, stairs, bike. So far  5 pounds down. I’ll take it. Looking forward to what this week brings. I’ve been  focusing on burning calories/cardio especially with the holiday week here. I’m staying focus.

Motivational Tip

During my Challenge I had the quote "Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels!" written in my wallet. During times of temptation I would pull it out and just envision how great I was going to feel when I reached my goal.
