well done everyone on keeping up the good work! They say its the starting which is the most difficult part. Once your on the horse it easier to be consistent. I had a killer lower body workout yesterday (took out my work stress in the gym) and am still aching from Mondays upper body workout. It hurts just to walk down stairs but reminds me of my last attempt when I ached. I wonder why we do ache.....
