Recent Forum PostVisit

Well, I got sick this week...fever and congestion, joint pain, etc.  I've missed 3 days so far and I'm bummed about it.  Now I have to build up my steam again when I'm well.  Boo.  I tried upping my step count to make up a little bit for so much resting, but that resulted in some low back pain.  Guess I'm sitting it out another day.

Motivational Tip

Look at that “before” picture each day, knowing that each day you’re transforming your body, mind, and spirit. Every day during my 12-week Challenge, I also look in the mirror with pride, knowing that today I’m healthier and happier than I was yesterday, and that tomorrow I’ll be even better.
