Day one went well! Got up early and did UB. Eating and logging in the journal went well. Today, I planned my exercise for the afternoon, so I'm waiting all day and I hate that feeling. But I planned it because I had to be at work extra early. My eating is ok and I really have to down some water to keep up with the plan!
