For lower body I did leg press, calf presses, leg extensions, and leg curls. I have the leg attachment so that helps a lot.
For lower body, I did chest press, shoulder press, rows, tricep ext, and bicep curls, flys. Mine only goes up to 310.lbs.
Bought dumbbells so I could add in other things like squats, lunges, standing and sitting calf raises.
