Hi Everyone.  I need to get back on track.  I have done BFL two times before with amazing results.  I want to drop 10 to 15 lbs.  I don't have a problem working out but need to get back on track with good eating habits.  I also relied heavily on this forum last time.  It helps to know someone is in it with you.   I will be officially starting on Monday.
