Recent Forum PostVisit

Difficult starting the second week after yesterday's "free day" blowout, but I did it and was actually within the 42min time limit for the lower muscle workout.  I'll see how far off time I am for the upper body workout in a couple of days. Not saying it's good to be back on track, but I couldn't even handle having two free days in a row.

Motivational Tip

During my Challenge I had the quote "Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels!" written in my wallet. During times of temptation I would pull it out and just envision how great I was going to feel when I reached my goal.
