Hi Camkat!  My two cents (which isn't even worth that: 1:  I would follow the book.  The reason is this-if you add more cardio, chances are your other workouts could suffer.  If you put a full effort in every workout, you will be exhausted by then end of the week as it is.   Remember weight lifting greatly increases metabolism and burns fat, so it is just as important as your cardio days.  Also, t...
